Cargo forwarding includes:

- Three originals of the Bill of Lading bearing the imprint of the consignee company seal overleaf. In case of
To Order B/L, attach the order notice as well. - Proforma Invoice – the original issued in two languages or attached with the notarized translation.
- Packing List – the original issued similar to the Proforma Invoice.
- Certificate of Origin certified by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
- Certificate of Quality indicating the shelf life of the goods.
- Export/Import Contract issued in two languages or attached with the notarized translation.
- Power of Attorney in the name of «Grand Logistics» for receipt and forwarding of cargo.
- Preliminary customs declaration for arrival of the cargo (e-copy).
- Registration card of the importer/exporter (copy).
- Phytosanitary, fumigation or veterinary certificate, if required.
To provide you the forwarding services for exporting goods, we’ll need:
- Consignment note (CMR or railroad waybill) that covers the goods arrived at the port.
- Customs declaration issued according to Form MD-2.
- Proforma Invoice – the original issued in two languages or attached with the notarized translation.
- Packing List – the original issued similar to the Proforma Invoice.
- Certificate of Origin certified by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
- Certificate of Quality indicating the shelf life of the goods.
- Export/Import Contract issued in two languages or attached with the notarized translation.
